Susanne brings substantial experience from both Sheraton and InterContinental Hotels, latterly as Regional Director HR for Germany, Austria & Eastern Europe. Working across IHG’s 30 hotels and 4 brands that included InterContinental Hotels & Resorts and Crowne Plaza, Susanne designed and delivered key regional initiatives that ensured IHG was the Employer of Choice. Known for innovation and with a passion for talent management, Susanne is acknowledged for developing the careers of many upcoming leaders within a global organisation.

During the last 5 years Susanne has developed an international recruitment practice working with leading brands where, having an exceptional knowledge of the German market, she has successfully handled key European and Middle Eastern assignments. Susanne is presently based in Budapest.
