Andrew’s career in the international hotel sector includes roles at Director/VP level in corporate HR, spanning Australia, Asia, Europe, Middle East and North America.

Following operational to corporate HR positions with GrandMet and divisional operations management, he held the roles of Regional HRD, Corporate Director of Learning & Development and VP HR Asia Pacific with InterContinental Hotels. Andrew then became HRD with Exclusive Hotels of the World for their successful turnaround. Subsequently he developed a consultancy with clients across hotels, leisure, ICT, pharma, professional & financial services, FMCG and investment banking in Australia and Asia. He is a well known specialist recruiter to Australian and global blue-chip companies through Peoplecorp as joint owner and as a specialist in executive search forthe hotel sector. He has a particular interest in the challenge of 'difficult to fulfil' assignments and demanding business contexts.
